Most pure and kind hearted sellers youll ever come across. I recently bought Willow on Christmas Eve from Carol Richardson Equestrian, and I cannot underestimate how kind, caring, trustworthy sellers that they are and I could not think of one fault about them as they are such incredible people. Over time they would update me and notify me when there was a horse suitable for what I was wanting to buy and I got exactly that. In winter it isnt easy looking after horses however this mare has shown me so many positives to that side and every aspect in the riding industry. Shes brought me so much confidence and overall happiness with being around her and I cannot than Carol Richardson Equestrian enough as they had been there for me throughout it all. They are homes about what they are selling and would always help you whenever you needed it. I bought Dennis from Nick and Carol about a month ago.  I can't tell you how happy I am with him.  He is turning out to be exactly as advertised with no nasty surprises.

Nick was totally honest with me about what Dennis had done and what needed working on.  I was able to try him at his home and at a show and nothing was too much trouble.

Never at any point did I feel under pressure to make a quick purchase and they were a real pleasure to deal with.

Thought it was about time I gave you an update on Paint (now Oscar). He is going incredibly well, and I really love him to pieces! I have discovered he is the kind of horse who definitely works better if he is getting lots of work - which is great and is certainly keeping me busy! He has to be one of the easiest horses to handle - such a sweetie and happy to be lead by anyone or tied up anywhere!! He has also become much fitter and is really forward to ride, which is excellent! Our schooling is coming on in leaps and bounds and fortunately the yard has just had the outdoor arena extended and improved so that means we will be starting lots of show jumping practice to get us ready in time for the start of the season! He really is an amazing horse and i'm so lucky to have him!

In 2003 and 2004, I travelled to England as chef d'equipe of teams of young riders, representing the Equestrian Federation of Australia, Victorian branch. Panama Sport Horses supplied the horses for our teams on both occasions. Our teams competed against local teams on their own mounts. The quality of the horses supplied to us was such, that in 2003 one of our team was awarded 'Rider of the Series'. This is no mean feat when competing against top quality opposition mounted on their own horses. At the conclusion of the 2004 tour, members of our team were invited to compete in the Towerlands Senior Nations Cup, again competing on horses supplied by Panama Sport Horses. The quality of the opposition, both riders and their own horses were formidable, but our team ran 2nd, beaten only by one rail. These remarkable results would not have been possible, if the quality of horses supplied to our team, were not of such a high standard. Nick Saville is a very experienced horseman, who has clearly demonstrated his ability to supply the right horses for competitors in high quality international competitions. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and Panama Sport Horses highly.

When I decided to look for a new horse to start eventing again I was recommended by friends to visit Panama Sport Horses at Gisburn – I was told that they always had a good selection of horses to look at. There was one in particular who caught my eye. Carol was very helpful throughout the whole process – encouraging my trainer to visit the yard to see the horse, allowing me to use his gallops and cross country schooling fences to build my confidence as well as giving me a show jumping lesson.

In the 6 months since I bought him he has surpassed my expectations – for a horse not yet 5 years old he is so willing and easy to handle and has competed in his first affiliated dressage test and BE90 events.

I am delighted with the horse and I am more than happy to recommend Panama Sport Horses.

Finally found time to say a huge 'thank you' for Puzzle. He's a superstar and just as you described him. We spent weeks and weeks looking for a pony only to find that they weren't all that the sellers claimed. We stumbled upon your website when we had just about given up. Puzzle is exactly what we were hoping for - I'm so glad that we didn't settle for less. We've had him only a week and a half and he's settled in really well, taking everything in his stride and giving us loads of confidence already. Your trial facilities (and jumping lesson!) were excellent - the only thing we didn't think to check was how he would load.... for the record, we tried him yesterday and he was impeccably behaved both in and out - didn't bat an eyelid! We're Looking forward to our first outing this weekend. I didn't think the perfect pony exisited but he's proved me wrong! Finally, can you say a big thank you to Sam - she was a brilliant guide when we came to see Puzzle and she's welcome to come and visit him any time.

Well I have had Oscar for 1 month now and he has settled in well. He has a lovely nature and has done all that is asked of him as you said he would. We have been getting out for some good hacks, working in the school and got out to our first trailblazers showjumping competition last week where he jumped 2 double clears and won the 85 class. Not bad for our first time out, especially as there was over 40 in the class. We plan to go showjumping this weekend so will let you know how we get on.

We still really miss Jack but are glad that he is in an environment where he can now come on and gain some competition experience. Give him a big hug from me.

I just wanted to let you know how we are doing.

Dylan is turning into the very special horse that you said he would !

It hasn't been easy - both Dylan and Emily's confidence took a massive battering a few weeks into the partnership and we didnt ever think it would recover. You so kindly offered to find us an alternative to our 'perfect' horse and we very nearly took you up on that offer but, we didnt - and just a bit of patience later here they are competing in their first British Novice !! He's still a bit silly, a bit spooky and a bit strong but Emily is learning to 'ride' him and starting to make a bloody good job too !! He is the most sweetest, good natured, quite chil

led horse ever - we've clipped him, hacked him out through one of the busiest roads in town, had the dentist, farrier and physio all of which he has taken completely in his stride. We didn't get a double clear today (8 flts in the 2nd part) BUT WE WILL !! We adore him and feel very confident that this morning was the start of things to come !!

Just wanted to drop you a line to say that Tully (that's what we call her)/Ally has settled in really well. Haven't done as much riding as I would have liked due to this snow, but its given us a chance to get to know each other. I did manage a lesson on her before the snow, and she was fantastic. We are hoping to move yards soon, for better facilities, and I'm sure she will take it in her stride.

Ginny has settled in very very very well, she is one in a million. she has brought me so much confidence and brought my riding on already! she is incredible, i thank you and all the staff at panama for selling me my beautiful mare that i will have many good years with, i am hoping to event her during the summer, and take her to bridgewater :) i cant wait, she also has put on some weight and looks fantastic getting dapples! well happy about that :) 

I cant thank you enough for selling Izzy to a good home and giving me my confidence back, with a mare i truely love and trust x

Absolutely thrilled?? ...sent my horse to Carol and Mick to be sold...they sold her for more then what I expected...so i had nothing to pay ? ..and every went according to contract ... I would highly recommend ...if your selling your horse...i will be having a wonder Xmas now ????thanks guys xx

Rosie has settled in well in her new home and is loving all the company. She is a pleasure to ride and is all you said about her and more.

As an older rider who has just got back in to riding she is giving me so much confidence. I even jumped a course the first in over thirty years. We have also been out hacking and she was a gem. I will certainly recommend you to any friends who are looking for horses as you seem to know what horse suits the rider the best and do everything you possibly can to find the perfect match.

I know that you will look after Lady and I cant wait of news of her being in foal and hopefully visiting her when she has had it.

Just a quick email to say thank you for helping us find Super Duper for my daughter. We were looking for a second pony to teach her to jump and that is exactly what she is doing, she qualified for Ponies UK Cradle Stakes winning her class the first time out and has continued to be in the ribbons at every show.

Buying from you was really easy and we never felt pressured at any point. The fact that you were able to take her first pony in part exchange was brilliant as she was able to distract herself with Super Duper.

We will definitely be back to you when she is ready for her next pony.​

 We messaged Carol, having previously purchased Tilly from her earlier in the year, when we saw a couple of horses on their Facebook page that looked like they would suit us. Carol phoned us straight away, we discussed the two horses and arranged to come up and see them on the Friday. When we arrived we were given a warm welcome, and a cup of coffee, and shown the two horses. They then tacked both up and took my partner for a hack along the roads to see what they were like and, unsurprisingly, they were both well-mannered and very capable. When they returned to the yard we decided we liked Gypsy Moone more of the two so we then took her into the school to see how she behaved there and again she was exactly as they had described her. After that they got Kieran to take her over a few jumps so we could watch her work and that was enough to convince us that she was the horse for us. Having paid a deposit for her we arranged for delivery on the Monday. When she arrived Carol not only took time to make sure she was settled and happy in her new home, but also checked on Tilly to see how she was doing. The following morning we got a message from Carol to make sure that both we and Gypsy were happy and to let us know to contact her if we needed to for any reason.

I honestly cannot recommend Carol enough and would certainly go to her again if/when we are looking for another horse. In short if you tell her what you are looking for and what your intended use is they will match you up with the perfect, high quality, happy, healthy horse which will give you years of pleasure. ​
